Be joyful

21 maart 2016 - Mpigi, Oeganda

Hello everyone!

Finally after almost 3 weeks I'm writing a new blog, today is my day off so that means I have some time left to actually write my blog.

Last 3 weeks were busy with a lot of classes and ministry, last week we finished the course '7 Habbits of highly effective people.' Like I said today is my day off but that doesn't mean I can stay in my bed the whole day.. After my breakfast I swept my bedroom and washed my bedsheets by hand. After writing my blog I'll wash my clothes and ironing everything including underwear and socks! You may think why is this guy ironing everything? It's because of a fly who lays his eggs in your wet clothes and when you don't ironing your clothes you don't want to know what happens next.. For more information use Google.

Last week my mom decided to come to Uganda to visit me, she is coming from 29th April till 9th May. I'm sure she will like it here in Uganda and it's awesome because she is also going with us on ministry.

Saturday we went to a high school for ministry, we worshiped with them and played some games. One my classmates preached and we had a awesome day!

Sunday I served in Watoto church Kansanga, wow what a awesome building! It's like a big cinema with cinema seats and a balcony. I was ushering and at the end of the service the pastor gives everyone a change to give your life to Jesus. Because I was ushering I saw a man who put his hand up in the sky and I prayed with him. It makes me always so happy to see when people are giving their lives to Jesus.

Next weekend is Easter and I remember my Easter of 2 years ago, my first service in City Life Church where my journey began. One week later I gave my life to Jesus and now 2 years later I am in Africa for a discipleship program. And there is one thing I know for sure, God is not finished with me yet. "I know the plans He have for me (Jeremiah 29:11)"

Part of the course '7 Habbits of highly effective people' was to write your own personal mission statement, like a summary of your purpose is life. I prayed about it and now I want to share my personal mission statement with you; " I trust God with the new life He gave me, I want to be a true leader by being a example, be self-disciplined and always put on the right attitude, be joyful and never forget to laugh. Show your love for people by caring for them, and be always available to help!"

I want to thank all of you for the prayers, I appreciate it.

God bless you all!

Lovely greetings,
Casper 'Wasajja' Mulangira
